
Ingredients
- 2 cups onion (chopped)
- 2½ cups oil
- 1¼ cups sesame oil
- ¾ cups sambal
- 1¼ cups garlic (chopped)
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 1¼ cups apple cider vinegar
- 3¾ cups lemon juice
- 3¾ cups fish sauce
Instructions
- Puree onions in processor. Add oils to make onion emulsion.
- Pour into large mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients. Mix well.
