  • 2 cups onion (chopped)
  • cups oil
  • cups sesame oil
  • ¾ cups sambal
  • cups garlic (chopped)
  • cups sugar
  • cups apple cider vinegar
  • cups lemon juice
  • cups fish sauce


  • Puree onions in processor. Add oils to make onion emulsion.
  • Pour into large mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients. Mix well.
