Note the call-out to the Jade sauce.
- 7-8 ounce salmon steak
- Jade Sauce
- whipping cream
- 3 dashes fish sauce
- pea pods
- baby corn
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- Salt and pepper salmon steak. Grill skin side down (medium rare unless otherwise requested).
- The sauce is ½ Jade Sauce, ½ whipping cream, and fish sauce.
- Steam veggies. Add soy and sesame (to taste)
- Serve as shown on card, with sauce over salmon and some of the vegetables.
