  • 7-8 ounce salmon steak



  • onions
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • pea pods
  • zucchini
  • baby corn
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil


  • Salt and pepper salmon steak. Grill skin side down (medium rare unless otherwise requested).
  • The sauce is ½ Jade Sauce, ½ whipping cream, and fish sauce.
  • Steam veggies. Add soy and sesame (to taste)
  • Serve as shown on card, with sauce over salmon and some of the vegetables.
