Hunan Spicy Beef with Black Beans and Mustard Greens

Ingredients

Veggies

  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • 3 baby corns
  • shiitakes
  • leeks
  • mustard greens

Meat

  • 1 Tablespoons hot black bean sauce
  • fork garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fermented black beans

Finish

  • 1 round sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce (vegan version if desired)

Instructions

  • Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies, remove.
  • Oil in wok, add beef, garlic, and beans. When beef is almost done, add back veggies (plus more mustard greens if required). Stir fry briefly.
  • Finish with remaining items. Serve on a rice donut.
