- red peppers
- 3 baby corns
- bamboo (winter if available)
- 2 teaspoons hot black bean sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2 teaspoon fermented black beans
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons soy (fish sauce preferred, but then not vegan)
- 1 tofu
- Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies 2-3 minutes.
- Mix well remaining ingredients (except tofu) in wok spoon. Add to veggies, stir well to coat.
- Add tofu, heat through. Serve on rice donut.
