Hunan Spicy Vegs w/Tofu and Black Beans

Ingredients

Veggies

  • onions
  • broccoli
  • red peppers
  • carrots
  • 3 baby corns
  • shiitakes
  • bamboo (winter if available)
  • sprouts

Kick

  • 2 teaspoons hot black bean sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 2 teaspoon fermented black beans
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons soy (fish sauce preferred, but then not vegan)
  • 1 tofu

Instructions

  • Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix well remaining ingredients (except tofu) in wok spoon. Add to veggies, stir well to coat.
  • Add tofu, heat through. Serve on rice donut.
