Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon cayenne
  • Tablespoons sugar
  • Tablespoons garlic (chopped)
  • 3 cups red wine vinegar
  • cups fish sauce
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  • Mix all (in gallon jug) in order given.
  • Shake well to mix.
