Ingredients

  • 3 onions (chopped)
  • 6 Tablespoons garlic
  • 6 Tablespoons lemongrass
  • 3 Tablespoons galangal (ground)
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons coriander (ground)
  • 3 teaspoons ginger
  • 3 teaspoons cumin
  • 3 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons fennel (ground)

Instructions

  • Process ingredients into paste.
  • Marinate meat overnight, then skewer up with green peppers.
