  • broccoli

  • baby corn
  • bamboo shoots
  • shiitake
  • black mushrooms
  • celery
  • bean sprouts
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 round sherry

Instructions

  • Stir fry until almost done.
  • Then add soy, sesame, sugar, sesame, and sherry.
