Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn (whole kernel, drained)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon peel powder
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Tablespoon garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together except one can whole corn in processor until well mixed.
  • Add reserved can of whole corn. Combine on Pulse until just mixed.

Notes

Alternative instruction: do not use processor, mix all by hand.
