
Ingredients
- 2 cans corn (whole kernel, drained)
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 Tablespoon lemon peel powder
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 Tablespoon garlic
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 eggs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except one can whole corn in processor until well mixed.
- Add reserved can of whole corn. Combine on Pulse until just mixed.
Notes
Alternative instruction: do not use processor, mix all by hand.
