Chinese Hot Mustard

There may be other posts today, but our initial inspiration is this “sauce” that we missed in our previous Orphan Sauce Collection.

Note that this mustard is not specifically what is called for in the incredibly timely recipe, Fitz’s Cantonese Corned Beef, which is amazing. Stir fry your Mar 17 leftovers tonight!

  • cups mustard (dry – Coleman's)
  • 3 cups water (cold)
  • 3 Tablespoons sherry
  • 4 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
