  • bok choy (sizable handful)
  • 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 fork garlic
  • ½ fork ginger
  • 1 round sherry
  • seitan
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes


  • Oil in wok. Add bok choy, hoisin, soy, garlic, ginger. Stir fry briefly.
  • Add one round of sherry, seitan, pepper flakes.
  • Plate on a rice donut.
