
Ingredients
- bok choy (sizable handful)
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 fork garlic
- ½ fork ginger
- 1 round sherry
- seitan
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Oil in wok. Add bok choy, hoisin, soy, garlic, ginger. Stir fry briefly.
- Add one round of sherry, seitan, pepper flakes.
- Plate on a rice donut.
