
Ingredients
- 4 ounces pork (marinated – see below)
- ½ fork garlic
- ½ fork ginger
- ¼ fork chili paste w/garlic (+ to taste)
- mock broccoli
- cauliflower (in season)
- mushrooms
- 3 baby corns
- 3 Tablespoons mint (chiffonade)
- 1 round sherry
- 1 Tablespoon soy
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash sesame oil
Instructions
- Oil in wok. Brown pork then stir fry a little.
- Add garlic, ginger, chili paste. Stir fry to blend flavors.
- Add veggies and mint. Stir fry briefly to blend flavors. Add a little broth to facilitate.
- Add sherry, soy, fish sauce, sugar, sesame.
- Serve on rice donut. Garnish with mint.
