Thai Lemongrass Shrimp

  • onion
  • pea pods
  • celery
  • zucchini
  • scallions
  • ½ fork Evil Aromatics
  • 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
  • rice noodles
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • small pinch basil
  • shrimp
  • sambal
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth


  • Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies. Add Evil Aromatics, fish sauce, rice noodles, coconut milk, and basil.
  • Cook noodles until soft, drop portion into pasta bowl and cover.
  • Clean wok, add oil. Add shrimp and sambal. Add broth and cook shrimp through. Serve on top of noodles.
  • Garnish with cucumbers, scallions, and cilantro.
