- pea pods
- ½ fork Evil Aromatics
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- rice noodles
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- small pinch basil
- ¼ cup vegetable broth
- Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies. Add Evil Aromatics, fish sauce, rice noodles, coconut milk, and basil.
- Cook noodles until soft, drop portion into pasta bowl and cover.
- Clean wok, add oil. Add shrimp and sambal. Add broth and cook shrimp through. Serve on top of noodles.
- Garnish with cucumbers, scallions, and cilantro.
