Ingredients

Start Meat

  • ½ teaspoon red curry paste
  • 4 jalapenos
  • beef

Prep Sauce

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Add Veggies

  • broccoli
  • mock
  • onions
  • red pepper
  • baby corn
  • bamboo shoot
  • shiitake

Instructions

  • Stir fry beef, jalapenos, and curry paste briefly. Set aside.
  • Combine coconut milk, fish sauce, lemongrass, and sugar in wok.
  • Add veggies and stir fry.
  • Add back beef.
  • Serve over lo mein.
