Ingredients

  • 1 fork garlic
  • onion (diced)
  • tofu
  • celery
  • pea pods
  • green cabbage
  • sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons Indonesian Tofu Sauce (see below)
  • peanuts

Instructions

  • Stir-fry garlic, onion, tofu until tofu begins to brown.
  • Add celery, pea pods, cabbage, and sprouts and stir fry.
  • Add sauce and peanuts.
  • Serve on a rice donut.
