- 1 fork garlic
- onion (diced)
- pea pods
- green cabbage
- 3 Tablespoons Indonesian Tofu Sauce (see below)
- Stir-fry garlic, onion, tofu until tofu begins to brown.
- Add celery, pea pods, cabbage, and sprouts and stir fry.
- Add sauce and peanuts.
- Serve on a rice donut.
