Ingredients

  • pea pods
  • onion
  • carrot
  • bamboo shoots
  • celery
  • mushrooms
  • sprouts
  • 1 fork garlic
  • 1 fork ginger
  • tempeh
  • 1 Tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon Mock Duck Sauce
  • 2 stars sambal
  • 1 round sherry
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • Stir fry veggies. Add garlic and ginger.
  • Add tempeh and stir fry briefly.
  • Add remaining ingredients.

Note that the Mock Duck Sauce could include the simple “sauce” from this Mock Duck recipe or perhaps it relates to the un-transcribed recipe here.
